the contest we DON’T want to be winning

People are leaving New Jersey.

You know it anecdotally. Maybe your daughter’s best friend didn’t come back to school this semester. Her family relocated to Florida over the summer. Or your grandkids have let you know they won’t be coming back after graduation. They are looking at job opportunities elsewhere. It’s just too expensive to establish themselves here. Two houses are for sale on your street. You’re passing more Uhauls towing cars with Jersey plates.

Maybe you’ve even thought about moving.

Well, you didn’t imagine it. The data is in, and…

New Jersey is one of the top states for “outbound migration” (i.e., people leaving). One report put us at #4, another put us in the top three alongside New York and Illinois.

When it comes to growth, one of those same reports ranked us as #48 – just ahead of California, which ranked dead last.

Is it any wonder? With crushing taxes, few job opportunities, woke policies, and the downpour of lunacy coming out of Trenton, our beloved Garden State is no longer the place to build a future that it once was.

But before you pack your own U-haul and hit the road for Florida, Texas or Tennessee…I implore you to stay, and fight

Let me explain why. We are on the edge of change. We felt the tectonic plates shifting on November 5, 2024. The policies in place today don’t reflect what the majority of New Jerseyans really want from their leaders and we’re learning the collective impact we can have when we all engage and stop listening to the prevailing media narratives.

We’re taking unprecedented action to capitalize on this movement and bring changes to Trenton this November. And I believe we’re going to see a political movement that rattles the elite in their ivory towers and starts a policy revolution that will change the face and fortunes of our state.

But to accomplish this, as many of us who can must stay. We can’t abandon ship.

On a positive note, we are already seeing the impact of common sense in Washington just days into President Trump’s second term. His growing list of powerful actions in his first week include..

  • Shutting down the Biden-era CBP One app that was used to allow nearly 1,500 illegal migrants a day into the country
  • Declaring a national emergency at the U.S. Southern Border
  • Designated criminal cartels as terror groups
  • Ending birthright citizenship
  • Ending catch-and-release
  • Reinstating the “Remain in Mexico” policy
  • Continue border wall construction
  • Affirming that it is the policy of the United States’ government that there are only two recognized biological genders: male and female.
  • Ending taxpayer funding for gender “transition” services
  • Ending the “electric vehicle mandate”
  • Return to domestic drilling and oil and gas production

Wow! Consider common sense unleashed!
