Did you know? New Jersey has two laws in place that will limit or halt the manufacturing of gas-powered vehicles from now through the end of the decade. 

1. The Advanced Clean Truck rule went into effect Jan. 1, 2025. It will require manufacturers of large vehicles (RVs, school buses, trucks etc.) to produce an increasing number of “zero emissions” vehicles (not gas powered) over the next decade. 
2. The Advanced Clean Car II program will go into effect in 2035. It will BAN the manufacturing of any gas-powered vehicles.

Let’s be real. This is madness. 

Murphy is forcing EVERY NEW VEHICLE in New Jersey to be electric by 2035. 

Consumers don’t want this. They will understandably go next door to Pennsylvania or another state to buy their new gas-powered RVs or cars. 

Auto manufacturers don’t want this. They’ll be forced to make vehicles no one wants – or pay fines and penalties. 

Since when did the government get so comfortable telling a business what they have to manufacture? Since the lunatics were running Trenton. 

It’s clear that Governor Murphy and much of the New Jersey Legislature are beholden to the Green lobby and taking their orders from climate extremists with no concern for the consequences to the consumers, businesses, and workers of their state. 

If you think you should be able to buy a new RV or gas-powered car after 2035…it’s time to kick these lemons out.
